Subang Andaman - January - March 2011 Updates

I was tide up a couple of month back and unable to snap pics and update this blog.

However I did managed to snap a some pics last early February while passing by Subang Andaman



And Some pics today (March2011)

    hi. I'm wondering, was this an abandoned project previously? Not to scare you, but just wondering, how's the track record of this developer?

    the project started somewhere in 2007, they abandoned it around 2008 and return back all buyer deposit 100%. somewhere end 2009 they started to push back to market...about 70% sold with approved loan and 25% waiting for loan approval.

    im also owner of 1 unit.. 7th floor.. been following subang andaman since 2007... till i got 1 unit...

    from wat i know the progress in on schedule..alhamdulillah...

    i know 1 of the consultant..

    well; based on the initial schedule its late by 2 months +-

    however syukur that the project is moving with progress instead of stalling... hope everything turn out to be just fine.

    cant wait to live in my 1st property.
