Subang Andaman - July 2011 Updates

Took these picture somewhere on the first week on July. but have no time to post it here. anyway, do comment my post ya

As per Norra's comment, the way i see it, the progress is kinda slow. not sure whether the construction do meet the timeline or not. will try to go to developer office to find out more.

    thx 4 the update...i pass by the site area yesterday n from NKVE hway i could see there is little new progress of 3rd floor block 2...looks like they are building up the house already....becoz i cud see the window frame..not sure but i guess so...huk huk... thanks again cube for sparing ur time at the site to supply us wit those pics... haPPu weekend!

    i bought one unit in SA. yes i am kind of disappointed that the progress is too slow compared to another nearby projects. i am doubtful this project will be able to complete on by end of 2012 as we have passed first half of 2011 already. was told almost all unit snapped up already.so no question of financial issues lah.can someone check with the developer?

    Why you guys never called yourself instead of asking cubebox to call. he is just a buyer whom on his own effort updating us!! the other buyers.

    So dont ask silly question here and do everybody a favour and you ask the developer instead.

    to cubebox, thanks for updating us. Im sad to see other ppl making u as the workers instead.

    Whats wrong with our society now. ppl helping but they ask for more. sigh

    Blcok A buyer, thank you for your comments but I think you are jumping to conclusion there. Of course we all understand and thankful for cube.box to have created this nice blog site which is for ALL us SAC buyers. It is not true that we are making cube.box become the worker for us all! I will do exactly the same as what he has been doing in making his own creation a great place to seek informations and interaction amongs all the buyers who have had the good luck in stumbling into his fine site. So, please dont ask 'what is wrong with our society' there is NOTHING WRONG at all in giving updates and informations to own website/blog....is there??? Please ask yourself this simple questions : 1) what is the prupose of creating a blog site? What do you expect to get when you creat a blog site? 2)What do you expect to happen after you create a blog site?
    Come on BlOCK A BUYER, lets cube.box have his own say for his own blog site. I am very sure that he would want it to be a success and actively participated by some (if not all) SAC buyers. Otherwise, it will not be active and successful if there is lack of updates and informations. So, please think and dont be such a judge on here. Obviously you are a new commer. lets Cube.box decide for his own home.

    woo, hold your horses guys. Dont make my blog as the debating ground (angry angry) hehehehe.

    Well, Neither party is right nor wrong in the first place. its comment, and comment is merely comment. some ppl may interpret it as negative comment. some as constructive comment. its how we put it in words.

    Well, i would like to apologize if i didnt do enough updates to updates u guys. has been busy however, i do welcome ppl whom like to contribute. I have no problem with that. Its a simple as having a gmail account and i can put you guys as contributor. thus u guys have the right to update the blog.

    So, dont ffight inside here.. Raya is 1 month need to "mohon maaf" again.. haha

    anyway we all going to become neighbors rright? why dont we have a chit chat mamak session instead.

    Hi Cube.box, that's a very diplomatic and great response - and great attitude as well. If I live in KL permenantly, I would have loved to help out in updating and contributing regularly to your site. However, as I said before, I am currently working and living in overseas and looking forward for the completion our SAC. So, I must admit, I was very happy to have come across your site because I can relies on the update provided by you or other buyers on here. Yes, you are quite right, by end next year (hopefully), we are all going to be neighbours! And I did suggested before that once we moved in and settled into our own unit, we can meet up and take turns in hosting a BBQ social meeting. I dont mind being the first one to host the moving-in/house warming BBQ party!

    So, thank you very much again and "Selamat Hari Raya" to you and all us buyers and readers here.

    ha ha! you guys are so funny!! i believe everyone feel worry on the progress.. same goes like me... How i wish the house could complete on time so that i can belanja party raya on 2013! Chill everyone.!!.. we soon goin to share the pool, the lift, the playground, the badminton court n gym too... hope we hv a great relationship and care each other.... Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
