It seems that they are building up 3,4 level parcel.. If you guys go through my pic you can see the construction slab for balcony is up. Im a corner unit buyer and the corner unit balcony is huge!!!!
Great picture updates...thank you! By the way Corner unit buyer, just for my curiousity, how much did you paid for the corner lot please? I'm buyer on the 10th floor.
wait!! r u trying to say that corner unit facing pool block A is same price with corner unit block B (not facing pool) block B? then block A got cheap price..
For the same time and level, block 1 price is slightly cheaper than block 2. This is normal as the later block will be priced higher than the first block.
Anyway, I bought unit at block 1 level 11 facing pool.
Cube.box/Norra K, my unit is block A on level 10 intermediate facing pool (not corner unit) which is the same price as what cube.box paid for his corner unit but not facing the pool at block B.
To Anonymous who bought unit at block 1 level 11 facing pool, is your unit the same price as cube.box and mine too?
Hi, Thanks for the updates. I am just wondering what type of the material that they use to build for the wall of our units? It's look like the shop units made from bricks while our condo unit made from cement concrete blocks, am I correct?
ive just check my snp plan.. and there is sum discrepancy.... anyway they built the balcony as wat i saw in model unit than wat it shows in snp plan.... that;s gud news.. previously i was afraid they gonna built as wat in a snp plan....
Hi Hazriana, wow you are so very lucky to have bought Block A, 7th floor corner lot facing pool with extra balcony at only Rm305,000? That is really really a super great deal! Do you mind telling us when did you buy your unit and how many percent discount did you get? Because mine is on 10th floor intermediate unit facing pool but never have the luck to get such low price! I bought mine during the exhibition at the mid-valley sometimes in August 2010. Thank you
MJ, yeah its so unbelieveable isnt it...that some got great bargain and some didnt! How come all of us seems to have bought our units with different pricing? It appears that so far the lowest price is at Rm290.29K level 11 shared by WM blog Oct 14. And the highest price I thik must be mine at Rm377,000 befor discount. When I read about how much you guys paid for the same unit, I'm thinking that I must have been taken a ride by the agent? Can anyone please be so kind to share if anyone has bought the same price as me??? I feel soo foolish and stupid! I'm soooo gonna go look for the agent who sold me this unit at the exhibition!!!
Anonymous Feb 17 guy, sorry to hear about that your price was unreasonable. I was offered RM369K for 18th Floor corner but was taken by a family earlier than me.
Meanwhile it would be best we make sure we fight for good drainage from developer. We dont want anyone's car to be flooded in car park especially those underground!
Hi Krishna, so far I dont remember reading from anyone here on the blog who bought a penthouse yet. Maybe you'll be the first one? Go check and enquire from Subang Andaman website :http://www.subangandaman.com.my/#/home/
Hi All, Just want to share with you all that the 10% 4th progressive claim was due early this month (June) for the completion of walls, door and window frames of the parcel 10th floor unit 1 upto 18.
This is for those who purchased unit on 10th floor of block A.
Hi JS, Thanks for the reply, Was there at the sales office this morning and it seems that the Pent house has still got some approval issues with MBSA or such relevant authorities ( as per the KIM reality team there) So, we can only book now and should wait for the final decision of the authorities. The current price is at about RM 304++ depending on the unit / view. Anybody there knows the asking price at the time of launch ? Speaking about launch, I don't understand how the pent house were not taken up so far by buyers taking into consideration that the project was launched 2 years ago !!
Also I think the term PENTHOUSE should not be applied here technically as it usually means "the unit at the top floors with a private big balcony". In my view it should mean DUPLEX here ( two floors with private staircase inside the units) Correct me if I am wrong :)
Hi Krishna, thanks for the info rgdg the penthouse and its price. Are you very sure that it only cost Rm304++?? becuase as you can see from reading in this blog, the normal intermediate and corner unit price ranging from Rm330++ - Rm365++ so I am just wondering why the penthouse only cost Rm304++ that is very very very cheap compated to other units! If you are offered that price you better grab it then. Btw, what is the built-up area pls? That's the main thing....but most penthouse (or dubplex unit) are usually large built-up area....care to enlighten us more?
Sorry for qouting the wrong price, There is one penthouse for 720,000 nett after discount and another one with a diff view at about 741,650 after discount. I was awaiting the GREEEN signal from the panel bankers as I am a foreigner. BTW, I was not happy with services of the sales team ( KIM reality ) as they lacked all the necessary info, was not agile at the job ( maybe they thought were this foreigner is gonna buy a penthouse ) !!
Hi All, just to update on the stage of construction on our SAC property. I just got letter and invoice from Jubli Perak informing me that they have completed the Sewerage works for the building and payment due date is on 24th July 2012. So, time to pay get ready 5% for the next 3 - 4 weeks!!

For the same time and level, block 1 price is slightly cheaper than block 2. This is normal as the later block will be priced higher than the first block.
