Subang Andaman - July & August 2012 update

Went to Subang Andaman site today; grab a couple of pics; notices that they started to paint (1st layer) on completed floors.

Will it able to handover the keys on Dec 2012??

Another question is; with so many un-tenanted/empty shop lots (ground floor) on both sides of the shop lot strips. will the place going to fill with a 'good' shops later on? but one thing for sure, during day time, the parking lots around SA area is fully packed (perhaps from office workers whom occupying the top floors of the shop lots)

Finally Managed to upload the pics taken on April and May 2012.

on April 2012, the construction was yet to reach the penthouse level and in May the Penthouse level finally completed (basic structure)

Subang Andaman - March 2012 Updates

Hi Guys, finally i have the chance to update some pictures on this blog. Wasnt able to do it for the last couple of months.

Talked to some workers there and generally mentioned that the metal skeleton material (inside concrete slab) on block B is better then block A as the supplier for each building is different. they using the similar concept as Petronas twin tower where once main con managing to sub-con with one maintaining each.

Im not sure whether its just a 'talk' by the worker or its a true or not... if it yes... hope that the build quality is the same for each building and awesome as a whole.
