Will it able to handover the keys on Dec 2012??
Another question is; with so many un-tenanted/empty shop lots (ground floor) on both sides of the shop lot strips. will the place going to fill with a 'good' shops later on? but one thing for sure, during day time, the parking lots around SA area is fully packed (perhaps from office workers whom occupying the top floors of the shop lots)

According to the dvloper, the progress is behind the schedule. A lil bit delay about 1 month
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for the update on behind time completion...if its only for one month, then it should be acceptable as long as it will not be drag upto 3 - 6 months! When that happens, a compensation/interest should be paid to us purchasers!

ReplyDeleteMy last visit to Subang Andaman showroom and construction site was middle September'12 to pay for electricity meter and water connection.
ReplyDeleteThe agent informed me that the completion time will be delayed to March 2013. So, I think handover of keys to buyers will be after March'13?
Wowww...MRT and LRT coming to Subang Andaman??? That means, our condo will be selling like HOT CAKES!? Or as somebody said above, it is just his/her dreams that LRT is reaching our area? Ummm...
ReplyDeleteHas anyone received their progressive claim invoice of 5% being Drains Serving to the building so far? I received mine last week and due for payment by early Dec'12. Please reply if anyone has got the bill from their bank? I just want to confirm and make sure that these claims of payment is legitimate because I just paid the 10% for "Roofing, electrical wiring, plumbing, gas piping and internal telephone trunking and cabling to the said parcel" only last month! And I was informed that the construction and hand-over will be delayed until March instead of Dec'12. Why are they asking for payment in time every month if the hand-over is going to be delayed? Anyone here please share at what stage or what percentage of works have you paid so far? For me, I already paid 70%

I also received the progressing bill for sewerage which due Dec 12. But for my case, the 'Roofing, electrical wiring and etc' which you mentioned has been paid few month back. Maybe due to the floor? I'm at 4th floor.
DeleteBtw, I just called up to confirm and they said there are possibilities it will delay until April'13 only can get the keys. :( They will keep us informed. sighhhh

It just show that their informations is not consistent because it seems like each one of us here had a different answer from them...as you can see from the comments here. It looks like no one really knows how long the delays going to be because the developer doesnt know it themselves ..one month, 3 months, 4 months?

I just received request for final payment. I was wondering the same thing too - how can their request for payment be according to schedule when the project is delayed. Had meant to call and inquire but if anyone has the answer, please inform.
ReplyDeleteRequest for final payment...really?? What floor are you by the way? That is too fast actually. You may want to make that phone call to them urgently to ensure that the request you just received is really for final payment!! Because I was just at the site in early October and the building/construction was definitely NOT READY not even 70% stage. And I was verbally informed by the real estate agent who was at the show-room who confirmed that the project is SURELY delayed until March'13.
