Subang Andaman - April - May 2012 Updates

Finally Managed to upload the pics taken on April and May 2012.

on April 2012, the construction was yet to reach the penthouse level and in May the Penthouse level finally completed (basic structure)

  7. ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF EACH UNIT???? im really concern about the height coz ive been to puri ayu thats next door and i can touch the ceiling while standing up!!!

  8. Thanks for the update. Long time no passby there n didn't know penthse already built up. Cool! I also wondering when will be the exact day to hand over to us in Dec? Will they contact us? Concern coz i will be oversea for that mth and dunno how to get the keys if I'm away

  9. AC, I dont think you need to worry about the exact date of handing over the keys and possession of the your unit. They will surely notify you by sending you a letter via your bank or copy to you well in advance (like more than a month before handing over). That's the normal procedures. You are not going overseas for a long period of time do you? Even if you do, you can always get in touch with the developer and ask them to send the letter by email. This is what I am doing for all my progressive payment dues.
